Civil Litigation: Mr. Monsebroten handled areas of civil ligitation including: breach of contract, wrongful death, commerical leases, tort claims, Court of appeals employment law; personal injury trials and litigation. Currently Mr. Monsebroten is the plaintiff's attorney in a complex beach of contract case in federal district court.
Divorce Matter: Mr. Monsebroten has regularly handled divorce and custody cases since 2005 including cases involving allegations of child abuse, domestic violence, criminal allegations and restraining orders and complex disolution matters involving business assets.
Criminal Cases: Mr. Monsebroten has defended criminal cases including attempted murder, felony gun charges, felony assault cases, felony drug possession cases, and othe felony and misdemeanor case including assault and duiis; he has prosecuted criminal cases for 6 years including measure 11 felony assault cases, felony drug cases, and misdeameanor assault and duii cases.
Business/Wills: Mr. Monsebroten has also assisted businesses in business entity formation, regulatory disputes, license agreements, purchase and disolution of business entities as well as drafting wills and handling probate matters.
